SHIPPING AND RETURNS
RETURNS
We hope you will
love your LAB31 piece, but if you are unhappy with your purchase please
contact us. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all goods
upon
receipt, and only items in good condition should be accepted. Any
damage to the product packaging should be noted on the delivery
receipt. All returns must be made within ten (10) days of delivery,
and must be accompanied by an RMA form. LAB31 will not accept returns
without prior authorization. All returned items must be return shipped
in the original packaging. If the product is defective or was damaged
during shipment, LAB31 will arrange for return shipment and refund the
Buyer's
order once LAB31 has received the returned item. Contact customer
service to obtain an RMA form and return shipment instructions. LAB31
Design pieces are
built to order, therefore if the return was not due to shipping damage
or manufacturing defect, the customer is responsible for all shipping
charges, and a
20% restocking fee.
If the LAB31 Design merchandise was
purchased from a retailer or online store other than www.lab31.com then
the Buyer must process any returns with them.
SHIPPING At this time our website is only set up to ship within the US. If you are outside the US and are interested in purchasing one of our designs please contact us and we will try to make arrangements to get the piece to you.
Domestic products that fit within each company's shipping guidelines will be shipped by FedEx Ground, UPS or the U.S. Postal Service, depending on the size of the product and pricing. Larger items will be handled by a contract shipping company who will contact the customer to arrange delivery.
